| My name is Stephanie Stripe and I am a grade nine student at Almaguin Highlands Secondary School located near North Bay, Ontario. After several attempts I am finally going to CWSF! At school my favourite subjects are math and science. I also enjoy many team sports and play on the school's soccer and volleyball teams. I enjoy swimming in summer and skating in the winter. I like to read books, watch movies, and play with my dog. I have a great interest in the environmental issues of today, and my project this year deals with the local effects of acid rain in my community. |

The major suflur dioxide and nitric oxide producers in Canada and other countries that are contributing to acid precipitation are examined. |
