Biographie
My name is Gaurav Kumar Jain. I am 12 years old and I am currently studying at Bishop Hamilton Montessori School in grade 7. I take a great interest in participating in school activities including the annual Mathematica competition, the soccer and badminton team, being a member of our school band and acting in our annual theatre productions. My favourite subjects are math, gym and science. I also enjoy various community activities including tae kwon do, Bollywood dancing, Indian singing, basketball, and soccer. I also play various instruments such as the tabla, the harmonium and the clarinet. My hobbies include reading, playing Nintendo DS 3D and of course, watching t.v.! My efforts have been very rewarding: I obtained my black belt in tae kwon do at age 11 and am training for my 2nd Dan. I also came 1st in an Indian singing competition in 2009 and 2nd in 2010 and have won several annual student awards at Mukul Hindi School. Finally, I am very happy and excited to participate in such a wonderful event after coming 1st in the BHS science fair and then winning Gold in the Regional Science fair for Health Sciences. Thank you.
