| Anthony Querques Patheogenic Bacterial Elimination:Bact. Lysis Through the Appl. of Muramidase
Division: | Biotechnology / None | Category: | Junior | Region: | Bay Area | City: | Acton, ON | School: | St. Joseph | Abstract: | The purpose of this experiment is to determine if powdered muramidase can kill bacteria through lysis. A null hypothesis was formulated, but the resulting evidence refuted the null-hypothesis, in that there was a positive association between bacterial growth rate and the amount of muramidase the bacteria was exposed to. |
