Biography
My name is Alexandra Nychuk. I am 14 years old. My family consists of mom, dad, and two little brothers A.J. (9) and Daniel (8). I live on a farm south of Winnipeg, Manitoba in a small farming community called Domain. I attend a two room school with 28 kids from grade 1-8. I am Student Council President and having been going to Domain since grade 1. The whole community is part of our learning experience at my small school. This year I played on an “A” Ringette team for Morris/St. Jean as well as “AA” Ringette team for the Eastman Flames my team won Gold in Provincials and earned the right to be “Team Manitoba” and went to the Western Canadian Ringette Championship in Medicine Hat, Alberta, which was a great experience for me. I also play Fastball for Macdonald, my local team. I also attended MGLE German School on Saturday mornings from 9:00-12:00. I also take piano lessons which I find challenging with my hectic schedule. I look forward to this experience and meeting kids from all across Canada.

Abstract:My project studied if it is worth it to buy water or is your tap water just fine and what is the best brand of bottled water. For my project I needed a lab which I used at the R.M of Macdonald water treatment plant location in Sanford Manitoba. In the end it was worth it to buy and the best brand was Kirkland Springs.
