Biography
I was born in Montreal, Quebec and now reside in Belleville, Ontario. I am currently enrolled in the eighth grade, at a Pre-IB programme at Harry J. Clarke Public School. I enjoy playing soccer and have played numerous years for my city’s rep team. Among other things I enjoy playing music, the guitar and alto saxophone, and am involved in the band at my school. I also have volunteered numerous times in my community for organizations such as amnesty international and at the local immigrant services center. Currently, I would hope to pursue a post-secondary education in environmental or sustainable engineering.

Abstract:Through experimentation, the effect of temperature on the rate of electrolysis and energy output, of a polymer exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) was examined. As predicted, the results showed a definite correlation between the two factors. The fuel cell both had a greater electrolysis rate, and produced a higher voltage at a higher temperature.
