Finding a Biomarker for Alzheimer's Disease

To ultimately determine if BDNF could be used as a biomarker for AD, the first step is to be able to detect BDNF in cerebrospinal fluid, which was the purpose of this research project. Main methods used included Western blotting and immunoprecipitations. |
