Abstract:In my AIML Robots project, I am exploring the opportunities to use Artificial Intelligence Markup Language technology, to build a “chatterbot” designed to successfully promote, online by chatting with the visitor, a certain product or service. Small or large businesses can reduce advertizing and call center costs by utilizing such AIML robots for conducting at least the initial online structured dialogue with a costumer.
