| I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea until I immigrated to Canada approximately eight years ago. As for my personal accomplishments, I received Excellence in Education Award from the Niagara District School board upon elementary graduation. Since grade 9, I have been a dedicated member of school Tour Band, Flute Ensemble, Cheerleading, Casino Niagara Marathon, and Key Club. Furthermore, I have been a committed member of Student Council since grade 10. While being a Secretary of Arts Council for 2005-06, I was also the Music Representative on Student Council. I was then appointed as Minister of Finance for 2006-07 and was voted on as Deputy Prime Minister for 2007-08. Outside the school, I am the Lieutenant Governor of Division 3S for 2007-08 in Eastern Canada District of Key Club International. As an avid music lover, I have studied piano and violin since I was five years old and I have been a first violinist at Niagara Youth Orchestra since grade 9; in the upcoming summer, our orchestra will perform in Europe. I would like to become an ophthalmologist or a neurosurgeon. |

Honey composition is important factor for maintenance of antibacterial activity. The activity-guided fractionations allowed isolating active fractions of high molecular weight containing specific double peaks at A240 to 250nm region. For the first time, a compound absorbing at 248nm in the most active honeys has been partially identified. |
