Biographie
Adrienne Morgan is a Grade 8 student in the Challenge Program at Odessa Public School. Science has always been one of her favourite subjects and she hopes to study either life sciences (and eventually veterinary medicine) or engineering in university. She plays both piano and violin. She is working on her Grade 8 Royal Conservatory of Music in piano. She plays violin in Stringtown, a jazz orchestra in Kingston as well as the Quinte Symphony in Belleville, Ontario. Academics and school are only part of her life. She is a competitive swimmer with the Ernestown Barracuda Swim Club, she figure skates at the Loyalist Winter Club, and she runs with Physi-KULT, a local running club. In the summer, she participates in triathlons, and she is hoping to make it to the Ontario Summer Games for triathlon in 2010. Ballet and tap dancing keep her flexible and light on her feet! She has participated on her school’s cross-country, soccer, volleyball and basketball teams. Adrienne loves the outdoors, especially camping and canoeing. She lives in Yarker, a small village outside of Kingston with her parents, older brother Blair, golden retriever Sarah and two cats Rosie and Binks.
