Biography
I am very interested in practical applications of science in daily life. Last year in grade 6, I received the Young Science Innovator of the Year Award at our Regional Science Fair, for my experiment on catching fungus gnats using different colours. I enjoy dancing (jazz, tap and hip hop) and spending time with my friends. I play on the school’s basketball team and we won our local school tournament. This year I was the silver medalist in a French Speech Competition (Concours d’Art Oratoire). I love to travel, experience different cultures and enjoy trying out new foods. Recently I visited the great pyramids and Abu Simbel in Egypt. It was a wonderful experience riding a camel at sunset along the banks of the Nile.

Abstract:This project evaluates three types of gasoline: regular, premium and 10% ethanol blended gas for their fuel efficiency. These three types of gas were tested at two different driving speeds: 93 km/h and 105 km/h over an extended period of time. The 10% ethanol blended gasoline was the most efficient at both driving speed i.e. the highest number of kilometers driven per litre.
