Biography
I am a grade 7 student from Hanna, Alberta. I live on a small ranch with my parents, brother and two sisters. One of my main interests is animals and I am the owner of a ball python, two birds, a hedgehog, hamster and a fish! I also love horseback riding and I am helping to train two horses that I own. I have been involved in 4-H for the past four years and I belong to two different clubs. I have steer, market lamb and cooking projects in one club and a dog agility project in the other club. One of the many 4-H activities that I am involved in is public speaking which most kids hate but I actually love. In the winter I am involved in after school curling and I also compete competitively on a Bantam curling team. Other interests include reading, music and outdoor activities like camping. I am a volunteer for our local Ducks Unlimited Chapter in Hanna and I’m a strong believer in wildlife conservation. In the future I would like to pursue a career in Pediatrics or Speech Therapy.
