Biography
Andy Reid is a grade 7 student at St. Augustine School in Dundas, ON. In addition to the sciences, Andy shares an equal passion for the arts. He is an accomplished tap dancer having placed 4th at the World Tap Dancing Championships in 2007 and spent 2009 performing in The Sound of Music at the Princess of Wales Theatre in Toronto.

Abstract:This study aimed to determine whether playing video games improved reaction time of participants and whether it could be maintained over time. Reaction time significantly improved for all participants immediately after playing a video game for 15 minutes but was not maintained over time. There were no significant differences in the findings by gender, age or hours of video game playing per week.
