Biography
Kyle Potts is a 15-year-old student in grade 10. He enjoys playing hockey, baseball, and basketball. He likes to swim, play guitar and the french horn. He is inquisitive and fascinated by science and technology. He is involved in choir and orchestra at his school. One day he hopes to pursue a career in science or computers.

The Little Piggy With The Right Idea, I "Wood" Build A House From Straw

Abstract:This project created “wood” panels from straw. It investigated the impact of fiber length, glue type, pressure and time on the final strength of boards. The purpose of the project was to develop a process to manufacture "wood" panels from agricultural waste products (straw). In developing nations, these wood panels could be manufactured by people in need and used to build their own homes.
