Biographies
Joel - Joel Richard Gritzfeld was born and raised in the small farming community of Strasbourg, Saskatchewan. He has lived on a farm outside of Strasbourg for his whole life with his parents and his sister. He is currently in grade 11 at William Derby High School. Joel is heavily active in the William Derby Drama Club and he is also involved in the Last Mountain Theather Company. He has a part time job at a small grocery store in Strasbourg. Joel also enjoys curling and football.
Orion - My name is Orion Lonie, and am a 16 year old student at William Derby School, in Strasbourg, Saskatchewan. I have a part time job at Strasbourg's local grocery store, and a summer job, as a cabin councilor, at Arlington Beach Camp. I am also involved with many of the school's extra cirricular activities such as, Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton, and Track and Field.

Abstract:Our project is to see if we can take all natural substances, such as wheat, flour and water and see if we can make a substitute to lumber that could be used for construction. By doing this we could help the environment and fight the global warming epidemic, as well help save our forests.
