Abstract:I tested the effects of salt on canola and its transgenic lines. I proved my hypothesis that with more salt, the seed germination and plant growth would become inhibited and the transgenic lines would do better under salt stress conditions, implying the usefulness of biotechnology in fighting salt stress.
