Abstract:I constructed a wind tunnel designed to be built into a hybrid car. Electricity is generated by a wind turbine which recharges the batteries as the car drives. Because modern hybrids only charge their batteries during deceleration, they rely mainly on gas for highway driving. My idea was to create an energy source that would stay "consistent". This would improve on current hybrid technology.
