| I am a grade 11 student attending Holy Spirit High School. I am heavily involved in my community; I am a part of my town’s Youth Advisory Council of which I am secretary. We do extensive volunteering at local events around CBS. At school, I am involved in many groups. I play flute in the several bands at my school, I am a part of our junior rotary club, play forward on our girls rugby team and I enjoy doing public speaking in both English and French. My hobbies include writing, drawing and oil painting. I am a huge fan of classic poetry, my favorite writers being William Blake, Lord Byron, Poe and Percy Shelley. I like to hike and jog; essentially anything outdoors. I hope to attend MUN when I am done high school and would love to pursue a career in Earth Sciences, more specifically, geology. |
