Biographie
My name is Aisha Lillywhite. I was born, and reside in the Calgary area. I am in the ninth grade at Red Deer Lake School, Alberta and I have achieved Honours with Distinction and Most Outstanding Student Award along with the Science Award in 2010 and 2011. My favorite subjects are Science and Mathematics. I have been a part of the RDL Building Hope Project since 2010. We have recently built a school in Ewaso Ngiro Kenyan, Africa and are raising funds to build a primary school as well. On day, I hope to go to Africa to see the progress that has been made. Outside of school, I spend most of my time dancing. I take formal Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary/Modern and Jazz classes. I have completed my Intermediate Vocational ISTD Examination. Currently I volunteer as an assistant teacher. I also perform with a pre-professional dance company, Corps Bara Dance Theatre. Some performances include TTYL, A Time For Everything, and performances for local charities, schools and churches. I have had the privilege of dancing with the University of Calgary in a professional performance of Alice in Wonderland. My post secondary career plans are to attend university to become an Optometrist.
