| I am involved with Math League, Waterloo Math Competition, School Band, School Newspaper Club and Science Fair Club. I have also volunteered in the Emergency Depeartment at Peterborough Civics Hospital. I am interested in debates, politics, and visual arts. During the summer, I enjoy playing tennis and ping pong. As for post-secondary plans, I hope to pursue science at Ottawa U. |

The antimicrobial activity was examined by the presence of a zone of inhibition on agar plates. Cinnamon showed excellent inhibitory activity against all microorganisms, allicin exhibited slight inhibitory activity and garlic showed strong inhibition against Staphylococcus saprophyticus. |
