| My Name is Nicholas Randall and I live in Summerland, British Columbia. I attend Penticton Secondary School CADRE program.This is my fourth Canada Wide Science Fair, my first one being Vancouver in 2005. I enjoy playing house soccer and photography. Some of my favourite TV shows are HOUSE MD and Magnum PI. Myfavourite bands are AC/DC, the Rolling Stones, the Beatles and CCR. I enjoy playing the piano and alto saxophone in jazz band. I am excited about going to Ottawa and hope I will have the opportunity to visit the aviation museum. |

Fungal growth on media with different pH, copper and crystal violet concentrations was tested. The combined effect of these three factors was important in this selective medium. This selective medium was tested successfully with a mixed fungal inoculum. |
