| My name is Samuel Sathiareuben Gurupatham, although my preferred name is Reuben. I was born in Austin, Texas on October 27, 1994, and I am 13 years old. Some of my many achievements are being selected to the International Baccalaureate (I.B.) program, finalist position in speech and spelling competitions at the school-level, winning gold medals/first place at school and regional-level science competitions, and being invited to participate in the 2008 Canada-Wide Science Fair. Apart from my strong academic involvements, I have volunteered in care-giving facilities, actively participated in clubs, bands and choirs. I hold important leadership positions in many of these extracurricular activities, such as being the lead trombonist in my school jazz band. Apart from these accomplishments, I enjoy playing mini-league soccer, swimming (life guard training), as well as watching professional sports. I also enjoy playing electronic games during my free time. In the future, I hope to continue taking leadership roles in various activities and finish my schooling years in the I.B. program. I would like to receive post-secondary education towards qualifying as a specialist medical doctor. |

Jatropha Oil is a new bio-fuel, which is more environmentally safe than today’s conventional fuels. But apart from its many advantages, it has drawbacks. This project found ways to improve important properties of this fuel like the cloud point. With progress, Jatropha Oil could become next the environment-saving fuel! |
