| Hi my name is Mitchell Furlotte and I am a 13 year old boy from the small city of Bathurst located in Northern N.B. I am like most teenage boys who loves playing sports, watching sports and hanging out with my friends. My favorite sports are hockey, volleyball, golf and soccer, so as you can see my life is pretty much filled with sports. In my middle school every student is required to do a science fair project each year and this is how I got interested in science. I have not yet decided what career I will choose; who knows maybe it will be in the field of science? |

I surveyed 75 people made up of boys and girls of different ages and different levels of fitness. My conclusion is that people who are physically fit have a greater lung capacity, however age and size affects your lung capacity also. |
