Sommaire:Fertilizers were applied to Prince Edward Island sweet potato plants to discover which would yield the largest tubers. This could be a great crop for PEI’s economy; sweet potatoes are of higher economic value than white potatoes, they are very healthy and requiring fewer pesticides. The results show that the plants receiving no fertilizer had better yields than those with fertilizers.
