Biography
Kim is 14 years old. In gr.6 she was accecpted into the Sci-tech regional program in Peel and has been going to school in Sci-tech ever since. In school she loves to get involved as she is in choirs, the school musical and all the sports teams so far this year and athletic council. Out side of school Kim owns and is training a 5 year-old horse named Welsey, and has been horse back-riding for 7 years. She also plays rep soccer for Mississauga and has been playing soccer for over 10 years. In high school Kim has been accecpted into a regional arts program for playing the flute in peel region.

Abstract:Mississauga Ontario has gone through a tremendous amount of growth and development resulting in water pollution. One element of pollution is Nitrites and Nitrates. In my experiment I am testing an oxygenator plant the Water Hornwort to see if it can eliminate the Nitrites and Nitrates out of the water.
