Biographie
My name is Emily Ross. I am 15 years of age and I attend East Wiltshire Intermediate School in PEI. I am in a grade 9 french immersion. I enjoy many sports and I had a great time as captain of the bronze medal winning feild hockey team this year. I enjoy all things competitive and my pastimes include drinking chocolate milk, rocking out on the drums, swimming, playing hockey, reading, and chilling with friends. I also play percussion in the grade 9 Concert band, and drums in the Jazz band. At school, I am involved in Duke of Edinburgh, and I am a member of our leadership team. My favorite academic subjects include social studies and health.

Sommaire:The goal of my project was to find a way to help prevent Alzheimer's Disease. The question I asked was “Can vitamins and minerals assist in breaking down beta amyloid?” The answer to my question would be found by discovering which vitamins and minerals could assist in preventing Alzheimer’s disease. Beta amyloid plaques form in the brain; this causes Alzheimer’s disease
