Abstract:To test different tennis surfaces and it’s effects on your knees. Three different court surfaces will be used (Har Tru, Omni and Hard) and a tennis ball will be dropped 30 times. The bounce heights will be recorded. A higher bounce height indicates that the surface is harder on the body and the impact on the knees.
