| Grant Lafontaine is a Grade 7 student at St. Hubert School in North Bay where he is a top academic student, Deputy Student Prime Minister and participates in community based initiatives. He is also a competitive athlete, competing at the “rep” in both hockey and soccer. Grant was offered a position on the Regional Ontario Soccer Team. Grant prides himself on fitness and diet. Grant is a great son and brother and has developed a great network of friends. Grant Lafontaine’s already has high career goals; to become an Ophthalmologist or Radiologist. Genealogy by the family suggests Grant Lafontaine is a descendant of Louis Lafontaine – first Prime Minister of the United Province of Canada in 1841. |
