Biographies
Mitchell - My name is Mitchell Lemaigre, and I am from Clearwater River Dene Nation in Saskatchewan. My partner and I are cousins, and we are both in grade 7 at Clearwater River Dene School. My hobbies are playing games, hunting with friends, fishing, playing outside and hanging out with my friends and going swimming.
Lyatia - My name is Latayah Lemaigre and I am from Clearwater River Dene Nation in Saskatchewan. My partner and I are cousins, and we are both in grade 7 at Clearwater River Dene school. Mitchell and I recently won 1st and 2nd place at the MLTC Science Fair and the FSIN Science Fair. We were excited to win these awards because we got to see different parts of Saskatchewan. We got our inspiration from a class project we did and decided to take it to the next level. The one thing I would tell people to do is to not give up. Science projects are hard, and take a lot of time. If you are doing something and it seems difficult, just keep on going and finish. When you are done you will be happy.

Sommaire:Our project is about examining fingerprints to identify common similarities between people. We looked at different fingerprints within families, and compared people within the same family to see if they had similar fingerprints. We also compared the prints against non family members to see if the finger prints had any similarities.
