| My name is Rebeccah Sandrelli and I am a grade 11 student at Bishop Smith Catholic High School in Pembroke, Ontario. I have very diverse interests, some which include sports, science and the environment. I have been a member my high school Cross Country Running Team, Nordic Ski Team and Soccer Team. I am a member of my school's Leadership Team and Co-Chair of the Environmental Action Committee. My passion for science has enabled me to be a finalist and winner in 3 previous Canada Wide Science Fairs and to participate in the Schools On Board Field Program 2009. This past summer I was hired as Nature Director at a summer camp and was able to pass on my love for science and the environment. My future goals are to attend university pursuing a career in Environmental Biology or Medicine. |

Individual filters of alfalfa and organic rabbit feed were created to remove and/or neutralize pharmaceutical contaminants. Bio indication was observed in the heart rate of Daphnia Magna. |
