| My name is Soheil Ghaffari. I was born in Iran. I moved to Toronto at age four in 2007. After three years, I moved to Nova Scotia. Right now, I am in grade eight playing piano, violin, french horn, and tenor saxophone. I am taking advanced arts and have three academic awards, a highest average award, and a most outstanding student award for my volunteering, participation in extracurricular activities, and academics. I hope to either be an Ophthalmologist, or a Maxillofacial surgeon. I chose to study on Wi-Fi and other forms of radiation when my previous grade six project showed that Wi-Fi has a decreasing effect on the lifespan of a plate of mung seedlings by increasing the growth rate. |

Wi-Fi: Our Well Being or Mind Deceiving

Radiation levels are observed, to test for environmental safety. Student surveys identified the incidence of electromagnetic hypersensitivity syndrome at 2 local schools. The results indicated that 27.5% were susceptible to EMR within an environment causing health effects. |
