Abstract:This project analyzes the effects of plant hormone ethylene on various fruits. Different types of bags are tested to see which bag can ensure produce freshness to a better extent. The pros and cons of each bag are recorded so that consumers are aware of the most environmentally friendly bag that saves money worth in produce.
