Biography
I'm Callum Pickles i'm 15 in grade 10 from Riverview Rural High School! I'm the CEO/programmer of Livesystem.ca. We are a small company of programmers creating newer and better technology. I play hockey, baseball, basketball, and rugby. Some of my hobbies are lifeguard, scuba diving, and drums. I got the idea of my project from some of my family members having arthritis. They also say they find it hard to use a computer. So I decided to make a computer program to make it easier for arthritic people to use a computer. I do have new investigations, I'm trying to get some company's to look at this program and hopefully make some money off my product, or even invest into my company. My advice to other students is like my motto "Keep it simple, and finish what you've started." If you make a computer program like me, never give up. Start with the idea you've created in your mind then always keep adding to your idea later. It's never done till the deed is done.

Abstract:iControl is a computer program allowing people suffering with arthritic in their hands to control their computer. They can grab any object they want to use (pen, marker, etc.) and move it in front of the computers webcam. The webcam will track that object and move the computers cursor. Using your voice you can tell the computer what to do (click, copy, drag, delete, etc.).
