Biography
My name is Kyle, and I am a Grade 9 student in Burnaby, British Columbia. I have a lot of different passions, including; game design, story writing, reading, and coding, which I enjoy doing whenever I can find spare time. Recently, I've gotten into metals and the periodic table of elements, although this could originate from my love of Minecraft, and I have used these newfound passions as the inspiration for my Innovation project, ‘Metallurgy Mayhem’. Metallurgy Mayhem is an educational game, and in the future, I would like to see my project adopted for use in actual classroom as a way to teach students in a more effective and enjoyable way. This is my second game design for my second science fair, and if I were to give some advice to anyone thinking to start their own project, I would tell them that hard work eventually does pay off... so just hang in there. You never know how your work could inspire others.
