| My name is Tim Cooper. I am 16 years old and currently a grade 10 student at Horton High School in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. I have been interested in computers all of my life. For the past three years I have been learning to develop computer applications by reading many internet tutorials and articles. I recently produced a tutorial on manipulating XML with PHP that was featured on NETTUTS.com, a popular web development blog. My keen interest in computer programming will most likely lead me to pursue a post-secondary education in computer science. In my spare time, when I am not writing computer programs, I enjoy playing computer games or helping other developers on several online programming discussion forums. I was very proud to have won the Best Project at the Fair award at my Regional Science Fair. |
