Biography
My name is Nathan Mi’sel Martin. I am 13 years old in grade 7 at North Colchester High School in Tamagouche, Nova Scotia. My family is made up of myself, my younger sister, Hannah, my dad, Paul and my mother, Anne. I am part Mi’kmaq on my fathers side and member of the Millbrook First Nations. I am also part Scottish on my mothers side as she is of Scottish descent. Her last name is MacDonald. My interests and hobbies include archery, hunting, fishing, playing badminton and doing art work. I have two goats and I am a member of the Two Rivers Archery Club . I am also the grade 7 class representative at our school. I have won a total of 16 archery awards, including two provincial championships. At school I have been awarded 4 Remembrance Day prizes for my art work. My favorite movies are; Edge, Walker - Texas Ranger, The “A Team” and all hunting and fishing shows. My favorite type of music is country. In the summer months I mow lawns and through the winter months I put in firewood for our elderly neighbor.

Bow String Silencers

Abstract:ABSTRACT; This project tested the effectiveness of seven bow string silencers (man made and natural). Each silencer was tested fifteen times. The decibel levels were measured, outdoors, from a distance of 30 yards using a low level decibel metre. Of the seven silencers tested - felt silencers were found to have the lowest readings.
