Biography
Hi! My name is Kaylyn Bernard, I am 13 almost 14 years of age and I am in Grade Nine. I go to the We'koqma'q Mikmawey School. I am respectful, loyal, trustworthy, determined and I try my hardest at everything I do. I always try to seize oppourtunities when I see them. I like to meet different people and to make new friends. I love science, animals, sports, community events, and just hanging around with friends and family. My hobbies are softball in the summer (my favourite) and hockey in the winter. I have been playing ice hockey for 5 years, and softball for almost 5 years also. I love my family very much and they have been very supportive with helping me and encouraging me to give it my all wherever I go or do.I am very excited to go to the CWSF again this year to proudly represent our Mi'kma'q people on team Nova Scotia and hope it'll be as fun or better than last year. I plan to finish highschool, go to college, and someday get a career that I love and enjoy. I also hope to continue playing softball at a high level when I'm older.

Abstract:The purpose of my project was to really educate individuals about their 'eye dominance', and how important it is to know if you are left or right eyed. My project invlolved a study to see if left and right eyed people see differently. I studied the surveys, and presented them graphically to better explain and present the purpose of my project.
