Biography
My name is Sarah Kroeker. I am a grade 11 student attending Centennial High School in Calgary, Alberta. I play flute in the school band, which has just recently traveled to Seattle to participate in their local music festival. I was a member of Junior Achievement this year and was the vice-president of human resources in my company, The Clean Team. I also volunteer at my church as the grade 3 and 4 small group leader on Saturday nights. I enjoy playing sports, such as rugby and soccer. Reading, movies, and music are activities that I do in my extra time and love equally. In the future I want to pursue a career in science education, possibly teaching junior high or high school students.

School:Centennial High School
Abstract:This study examined the relationship between the 2D-4D finger ratio (the length of the index finger divided by the length of the ring finger) and aptitudes in several academic subject areas. A lower finger ratio correlated with high aptitudes in math, science, and athletics, while a higher finger ratio correlated with high aptitudes in fine arts, English, and music (these differences were significant (t-test)).
