Biography
My name is Mollie Marie Bianchi. I was born on October 29, 1997 in Richmond Hill . I attend St. Monica’s School in Barrie , Ontario and am in grade 7. At school I am a member of the Battle of the Books team and the Math Olympics Team. Math and science are my two favourite subjects. I live with my dad in a log cabin that is around a100 years old and right on the water. I love to read, shop, bake, fish and go swimming. I play soccer during the summer. I hope to become either a marine biologist or an oceanographer when I grow up.

Automotive Wind Driven Generator
Division:Biotechnology
Category:Junior
Region:Simcoe County
City:Oro Station, ON
School:St. Monica's E.S.
Abstract:This project demonstrates that wind driven generators mounted on automobiles can recover wind energy otherwise lost as air flows over and around the vehicle. If used when the vehicle is decelerating or coasting, the result is a net energy gain. The project also evaluated the efficiency and practicality of several locations to install wind driven generators, on two types of vehicles currently in use..
