Biographie
My name is Soohyun Kim. I am currently attending Earl Marriott Secondary in Surrey, British Columbia. I have been living in various places, such as Korea (my home country where I spent most of my time), Massachusetts, Oregon, and now Canada. I am very involved with the environmental issues in my school and community through my position as the co-leader of my school environmental club Green Giants and the secretary of Surrey Schools Environmental Leadership Team. I am also a competitive swimmer, flute player, and a regular volunteer in my community, working on variety of goals. I love meeting new people, organizing different events, and travelling. I also enjoy applying "green habits", which is why I came up with this project. I wish to continue study in sciences. I aspire to be a traveller, educator, researcher, and a helper in the future.

Sommaire:Abstract: This project seeks various ways to dry laundry faster in a green way. Evaporation, different methods to dry laundry, and fabric characteristics have been explored. Combining the results together, I was able to conclude that there is an environmentally-friendly approach to fast and efficiently dry laundry. Furthermore, I developed new hanger designs to improve the drying rate of the laundry.
