| I was born in Penticton and currently live in Summerland. I go to Summerland Middle School and am in Grade 7. My hobbies include playing soccer, basketball, hockey, skiing, camping and drawing. One of my greatest achievements was completing the 10k Giants Head Run last year. When I complete high school my plans are to continue my education and play university level basketball. |

Bloody Apples

To start, the sugar content of the apples were tested and compared to the taste-test results of 50 participants. Secondly, ten participants with diabetes and ten without tested their blood sugar response to the apples to see if the sweeter apple caused a higher blood sugar response. |
