My name is Daniel Moholia and I am a student at W.T. Townshend Public School. I am currently in grade 8 and will be going on to the international Baccalaureate program in September. I am a committed student and thrive in the subjects of English, mathematics, and science. My goal is to become an environmental engineer and this project is one of the two that have prompted me to this dream. I want to serve my community and the world, and this is how I’m going to do it. |
| Daniel Moholia Wind Turbines
Division: | Sciences de la santé / Innovation environnementale | Catégorie: | Junior | Région: | Waterloo-Wellington | Ville: | Kitchener, ON | École: | W.T. Townshend P.S. | Sommaire: | My project on wind turbine blade design focuses on the effect of blade material, pitch, and length on voltage output. Wind turbines are becoming highly respectable energy resources and the future will depend partially on them. This can't be done though if improvement in designs and aerodynamics aren't proceeded to elude the problems that make it skeptical and unreliable. |
