Challenge:Energy
Category:Senior
Region:Halifax
City:Lawrencetown, NS
School:Halifax Grammar School
Abstract:Using a 27 foot long dual inner pipe system, this invention allows for the recuperation of lost heat from home generator systems. As the exhaust passes through the inner pipe, water is pushed through water jackets capturing heat as it flows. The water becomes heated and can be used in many practical applications. This means that mechanical energy is being generated from thermal lose.
