Biographie
My name is Hannah Gillis and I am a Grade Ten student at Guysborough Academy. This is my second year as a participant in the CWSF, and I am very excited about this wonderful opportunity. My hobbies include performing in Musical Theater, singing, playing trombone, curling, soccer, softball, working with younger children, volunteering and traveling. I hope to pursue a career in the medical field, namely pediatrics. I am very passionate about my science fair project and I believe it can make a difference!

Emergency Measures Access Plans; E-MAP
Défi:Innovation
Catégorie:Intermédiaire
Région:Strait
Ville:Guysborough, NS
École:Chedabucto Education Centre-Guysborough Academy
Sommaire:I developed two computer programs as well as a search-able database that would allow the public to upload their building floor plans, so Emergency Measures Organizations could access this key information, making them better prepared and more efficient in an emergency situation. Seconds count in an emergency situation, and just knowing several crucial details about the building could save valuable time, and quite possibly lives.
