Abstract:Have you ever wondered if your pet can eat the same things as you and receive the same health benefits? I created an all natural, nutritious, value- added blueberry horse treat from blueberry pomace produced as a by-product at vanDyk Health Juice. Creating this value added product, pomace was modified and enhanced to produce a product with a higher market value.
