Abstract:The recent earthquake in Haiti left the country without any source of drinking water. It took many days for the world to get lots of drinking water shipped in, and it cost a lot of money. The purpose of this innovation project was to design a cheap, efficient and simple 'solar desalination device' that produces fresh drinking water.
