Biographie
My name is Anna Dunn. I am in Grade 9 at Urban Academy in New Westminster. I have attended the GVRSF before and won honorable mentions with my project "Ice Melters". This year I won a gold medal with my project "Who's Green... You, Me, or Nobody?" and am moving on to the CWSF. My school is very community orientated since it is reasonably small and I've learned to give back to the community as much as possible. I love riding horses and own a horse named Jet. He loves peppermints and I know he'll always believe in me. I plan to go to a a stable for disabled riders when I'm 16 and volunteer. In school, my other passion (aside from Science, of course) is Drama. I have been in many school plays and my confidence grows every time I perform. I think Drama is one of the reasons I can be so focused on other tasks - inside of school or out. I'm not sure what university I want to attend in the future - I would like to see more of the world and the different opportunities available first. I would love to be an equine veterinarian.

Sommaire:My project focuses on environmental awareness and uses a questionnaire to get statistics, which shows what factors affect being “green”. It also determines the most environmentally aware age group. The questionnaire consists of 44 easy questions where you have to checkmark the correct box. This project is not only relevant to today’s world, but it also helps people realize that it’s easy to go green!
