| Sarah Alspaugh is 14 and was born on June 27, 1995. She has lived in Prince George, B.C. her whole life. She is in grade 9 and attending Westside Academy. Sarah has achieved A Honour roll every year in school. She plays goalie for her school's soccer team. Sarah is in grade 7 piano and plays the flute in the school band. She has won 2 silvers and 2 golds at the Regional Science Fair. Her hobbies include rock climbing, volleyball and hockey. Sarah also enjoys mountain biking. |

Various materials were tested to find a durable road marking. The marking had to be cost efficient, have a short application time and be durable. Sheet plastic proved to be the best alternative to paint. |
