| Hello! My name is Clay Corson. I am in grade eight and go to Halifax Independent School. I really like to do art and draw, doing archery, playing capoeira (which is a brazilian martial art), and last but not least... Sailing! I sail a 420 boat every summer down at my cottage. I wanted to do a project that revolves around my personal interests; Something creative and fun to do. So why not Sailing? My advice for anyone who is thinking about doing a science fair presentation is to try to find a project that revolves around your interests! |

All of the sails that I made have the same area, which allowed me to test them based on their shape. In my trials I used three dinghy sails: Optimist, Sunfish and 420 and tested their performance. |
