This past May, we presented our project at the annual Canada-Wide Science Fair and earned the Petro Canada Peer Innnovation award. In my spare time I have been fortunate enough to volunteer with are Habitat for Humanity, Canadian Blood Services, St. Joeseph’s Hospital and the Canadian Red Cross. I am a passionate member of Global Outreach, my school’s humanitarian club, and the Red Cross Youth International Action Group. Also, this year I have had the pleasure of helping to organize my school's graduating events as President of Grad Committee. Also for the past 3 years I have been a member of DECA, a business club that competes in regional, provincial and international competitions, and have enjoyed taking part in the organizational aspect this year as Co-president. Although I love to take part in clubs, a lot of my passion comes from the sports I play. For the past 5 years I have been playing competitive soccer, and at school have been on the Badminton, Basketball, and Track & Field teams.
