| My name is Cameron Bourdeau. I got the idea for my project, Tea Time, because my family (including me) drinks a lot of tea. I wanted to find out if four types of tea could be steeped at the same temperature and for the same length of time and have the same strength. Some advice for anyone wanting to do a science fair project: It's hard, but it's worth it. If you work hard and give it your best effort, your science fair project will be great. |

To test this, I built a device that measures the light absorbed by the tea, since stronger tea is darker than weaker tea. I found that the teas strengthen in similar patterns, but at different strength levels. |
